Return & Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

RETURN PROCESS
Email customer service at sales@thetrendco.co, including:

  • Order number and the issue you want to resolve, along with a picture of the product if necessary.
  • A photo of the barcode on the plastic bag.
  • Get authorization from Customer Service.

We now offer free delivery and a full refund for up to 30 days.

Get a coupon or refund.

  • A tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help us track your return status and process your return.
  • Receive your refund or exchange when the package is received.

PAY ATTENTION:

  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email (sales@thetrendco.co).
  • Any addresses on the parcel that are not the return address must be confirmed with our customer service team.
  • Orders returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
  • Clearance products do not support return and exchange (e.g., a page or collection named "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title).

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from "Contact Us" if you decide to cancel the order.
  • Easy to initiate a refund or exchange within 30 days.
  • Items can generally be returned or exchanged for any reason, including quality or size problems, or other reasons accepted by customer service. However, if the size issue is due to an error on the customer’s part (such as selecting the wrong size), the return or exchange will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
  • Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied will not be returnable or exchangeable. Only the portion of the payment exceeding the coupon value can be refunded.
  • Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account—credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit card refunds may take longer to process.
